Year 2017 in Review

As 2017 comes to a close, the De Luca Foundation proudly reflects on a year full of accomplishments. This past year, we offered scholarships in support of graduate student research, to go alongside our annual Delsys Prize and biannual Emerging Scientist Award.  Our support mechanisms to the biomechanics community now include travel grants and scholarships for young researchers; free educational symposia on the most cutting-edge work in motor control; and full lab equipment provisions to bring innovative projects to life.

We would like to congratulate all winners and thank all participants to the 2017 competitions.

Following the mission and goals set forth by our beloved founder, Professor Carlo J. De Luca, we will continue supporting researchers and students worldwide to foster a path of innovation and breakthroughs in electromyography, motor control, and human movement sciences. We encourage you to look into our opportunities for the upcoming year of 2018.
